We collect only those Customer data that are necessary for carrying out the Company's activities and/or visiting, using, browsing the pages of the Company's website (hereinafter - the Website). We ensure that the collected and processed Customer data will be secure and will only be used for specific purposes.
By submitting your personal data to us, you agree to the rules of this Privacy Policy, understand its provisions and agree to comply with it.

1. Basic concepts

1.1 The Company or Personal Data Controller – Pušynė, UAB, a closed joint-stock company established and operating in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, whose legal entity code is 304101291, registered office address Tylioji st. 3, LT-59206 Birštonas, the data is collected and stored in the Register of Legal Entities, located by the administrator of the Electronic store www.pusyne.lt.
1.2. Customer or Data Subject – an active adult, i.e. i.e. A natural person aged 18 (eighteen) or more or a minor capable person, who is at least 16 (sixteen) years old and has the consent of parents or guardians (except in the case of emancipation), who uses the Company's Electronic Store Services, whose personal data is processed by the Company in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating the legal protection of personal data.
1.3. Electronic store - the Company's electronic store at www.pusyne.lt.
1.4. Services - all services provided by the Company.
1.5. Personal data - any information related to a natural person - the Data subject whose identity is known or can be directly or indirectly determined using data such as a personal code, one or more physical, physiological, psychological, economic, cultural or social characteristics characteristic of a person signs.
1.6. Processing of personal data - any action performed with personal data: collection, recording, accumulation, storage, classification, grouping, connection, change (addition or correction), provision, publication, use, logical and/or arithmetic operations, search, dissemination , destruction or other action or set of actions

1.9. Privacy policy - means this document, which establishes the principles and rules of processing Personal data, using the services of the Electronic Store.

2. General provisions

2.1. The Client grants the Company the right to perform all Personal Data processing actions within the scope and purposes provided for in this Privacy Policy.
2.2. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating the processing and protection of Personal Data, this Privacy Policy, the Company's internal Personal Data Processing Procedure.
2.3. It is considered that the Customer has read the Privacy Policy of the current version and agrees with it when making a purchase in the Electronic Store. If the Customer does not agree with any part of the Privacy Policy or the Privacy Policy, in such a case the Customer must not place an order or purchase a product in the Electronic Store.
2.4. The Privacy Policy can be viewed in the Online Store and printed at any time. The privacy policy may be changed, supplemented or updated at the discretion of the Company. The new version of the Privacy Policy is published in the Electronic Store.
2.5. The customer can place an order in the Electronic Store without registration, or after registering in the Electronic Store through his Account.
2.6. During the initial registration to the Electronic Store through the Account, the Customer must provide his e-mail address and come up with a secure Password and provide accurate Personal Data to the Electronic Store. The customer is responsible for their correctness.
2.7. When using the Services, as well as when purchasing in the Electronic Store, the Customer must always provide accurate Personal Data to the Electronic Store and is responsible for their correctness.
2.8. The customer has the right to change and supplement Personal data in the Account at any time or to contact the e-store with a request to cancel the Account.
2.9. The Customer must not disclose the Password to third parties and must keep it safe, otherwise all related responsibility rests with the Customer.
2.10. The company has the right to change or supplement the "Privacy Policy" in whole or in part. Additions or changes to the privacy policy take effect from the date of their publication, i.e. i.e. from the day they are published in the Electronic Store

3. Collection, processing and storage of personal data

3.1. The company respects every customer's right to privacy. Customer Personal Data (i.e. name, email address, telephone number, product/service delivery address, age/year of birth, product/service payment details (bank account number, payment method, etc.), purchase history, and also, with the Client's consent, age, gender, date of birth, place of residence) are collected and processed for the following purposes:
3.1.1. The following personal data is processed for the purpose of electronic commerce: name, surname, place of residence (address), purchase history (types of goods purchased, amounts of money spent), telephone number, e-mail address;
3.1.2. For the purpose of direct marketing, the following personal data is processed: name, surname, date of birth, place of residence (address), mobile phone number, e-mail address;
3.1.3. For the purpose of administering electronic requests, for the purpose of Direct Marketing, the following Personal Data are processed: name, address, gender, telephone number, e-mail address;
3.1.4. Recording of telephone conversations in the course of e-commerce, obtaining consents for the processing of personal data for the purpose of direct marketing, fulfilling contractual obligations, resolving claims and disputes arising from contracts, ensuring and improving the quality of service. The following personal data is processed: first name, last name, phone number, recording of the phone conversation.
3.2. The Customer, as a Data Subject, has the following rights listed below in relation to the Customer's Personal Data processing procedures:
3.2.1. Contact the Company with a request to provide information on whether the Company processes his personal data and, if so, to get acquainted with the processed personal data;
3.2.2. Apply to the Company with a request to correct his personal data, and/or stop the processing of such personal data, except for storage - in the event that upon familiarization with the personal data, it is determined that the data is incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate;
3.2.3. Contact the Company with a request to delete his personal data, which are processed only with his consent, if the Client withdraws the corresponding consent. This right does not apply if the personal data that is requested to be deleted is also processed on another legal basis, such as the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or is the fulfillment of an obligation according to applicable legal acts;
3.2.4. Limit the processing of his personal data in accordance with applicable legislation, for example, for the period during which the Company will assess whether the Client has the right to request that his personal data be deleted;
3.2.5. Receive the personal data provided by him, which are processed on the basis of his consent or contract performance, in writing or in a commonly used electronic form and, if possible, transfer such data to another service provider (data portability);
3.2.6. Do not consent to the processing of his personal data if the basis for the processing of personal data is legitimate interests, including profiling for direct marketing purposes (e.g. receiving marketing offers or participating in surveys);
3.2.7. At any time, withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of direct marketing;
3.2.8. Apply to the State Data Protection Inspectorate if you are unable to resolve the issue with the Company.
3.3. The Customer's Personal Data is not provided to third parties, except in the following cases:
3.3.1. When the Client's consent is received, as stated in this Privacy Policy;
3.3.2. Personal data for e-commerce purposes are provided to Partners who provide the Company with services related to the Company's activities;
3.3.4. to the competent authorities in the cases provided for by the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
3.4. The customer is aware of his right not to consent to the processing of his personal data for the purpose of direct marketing, i.e. The customer has the right to express disagreement immediately or later.
3.5. If the Customer does not agree with the Privacy Policy, the Customer will not be able to use the services of the Electronic Store.
3.6. The Company implements organizational and technical measures to protect Personal Data from accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, as well as from any other unlawful processing. The level of personal data protection measures applied by the company meets the requirements of the law of the Republic of Lithuania. The customer's personal data is encrypted from the moment of his authorization in the Electronic Store. The purchase procedure is carried out via the https:// protocol. Only persons authorized by the Company have access to Personal Data.
3.7. The Client agrees that in cases where it is necessary according to the instructions of the competent authorities and/or the Client's Personal Data may have been used in the course of illegal activities, or there are reasonable suspicions of identity theft for which the competent law enforcement authorities are conducting a pre-trial investigation, or there are other legitimate grounds or purposes, his Personal Data would be stored on the Company's servers for longer than the time specified in this Privacy Policy.
3.8. Upon receiving the Data Subject's instruction or inquiry related to the processing of Personal Data, the Company provides the Client with an answer, satisfying the request/instruction or refusing to do so with reasons, no later than within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of the Data Subject's request. If the Data Subject wishes, the answer must be given in writing.
3.9. In order for the Company to be able to offer the Customer full-fledged services in the Electronic Store, information (Cookies) is recorded on the Customer's computer (device), which is used to identify the Customer as a previous user of the Electronic Store, to collect the statistics of visits to the Electronic Store, information about the shopping cart. The customer can delete part or all of the stored Cookies at any time, as described in the link of the website's information table about cookies.
